4 courses, 39 modules, 18 installable Claude skills and 12 playbooks — for three ways of making money with AI.

Most people who want to build with AI have already bought a course they did not finish. This is a course you finish.

You pick one of three routes and get the course for it: twelve modules, one a week, each one ending in a thing you submit rather than a video you tick off. Alongside it, the Claude skills built for that specific job, and the playbooks with the exact words for the calls and the emails.

Then, because knowing what to do has never been the hard part, you get six people on the same module who can see whether you did it.

  • Three twelve-module courses, one per route, every module ending in something you submit
  • 18 Claude skills you install into your own setup and keep whether you stay or not
  • 12 playbooks — one page each, the exact words for the calls and the emails
  • A weekly build call, live, and the recording if you miss it
  • A monthly teardown of a real member's build — what worked, what it earned
  • Everything you install is yours to keep, including after you cancel
  • A small group so you actually finish. No application, cancel in two clicks

Three ways to make money with AI.
You start on one.

Switching later is fine. Starting on all three is how you finish none.

01 Operator Clients who pay you every month, for the jobs they already pay someone to do badly. The Operator · 12 modules
02 Creator An audience that buys from you. Post the work you already do, no face, no dancing. The Creator · 12 modules
03 Multiplier Automate your own job, take the hours back, and spend the leverage on whatever you want next. The Multiplier · 12 modules

Each route is a twelve-module course, a set of Claude skills built for that specific job, and the playbooks that go with it. Here is the Operator one in full.

Twelve modules. One a week. Each one ends in something you built.

Not videos you watch and tick off. Module 4 is not finished when the lesson ends, it is finished when twenty messages have gone out and you have pasted the sheet.

The Creator and The Multiplier run the same twelve-week shape.

18 Claude skills. Ten minutes to install, yours permanently.

A skill is a file you drop into your own Claude, and from then on it can do the thing. It is the only part of this that keeps working after you cancel — and the only part that gets more useful the more of them you have.

client-teardownFind the one repeatable job a business is overpaying a human to do badly, and turn it into a priced monthly offer
hook-bankTurn one thing you built into twenty opening lines, ranked, with the three worth testing
time-auditFind the hours in your working week that a machine should be doing, and rank them by what is actually worth killing first
blocker-briefTurn "I'm stuck" into a question other people can actually answer, and solve it first if it is already solvable
junto-briefDraft this week's six Junto answers from what you actually did, so they correct a draft instead of facing six empty boxes
ship-noteTurn something you just built into your Monday ritual answer and a forum post

Plus 10 more, and the ones members write get credited to them.

12 one-page SOPs, with the exact words where words matter.

Two things happen with people in the room.

The build callWeekly · 45 min Alex builds something real on camera, badly, with questions. Recorded, so missing one costs you nothing.
The teardownMonthly · 30 min A member’s actual build, examined out loud. What worked, what to change, what it earned.

And you will actually finish it.

Six other people are on the same module as you. Every Monday the seven of you answer the same six questions — what you shipped, what you learned, what is blocking you — and nobody sees the answers until Friday, when all seven appear at once. It is the difference between a course you bought and a course you finished.

Questions

Do I need to be able to code?

No. Most people here cannot, and none of the three routes require it.

How much time does it actually take?

Two or three hours a week. The six questions take about four minutes; everything else is the thing you were going to build anyway. If you have twenty hours a week this will not fill them.

What if I have a week where I do nothing?

You write that, and why. A truthful blank week is a real answer and the group would rather have it than a gap. Three in a row and you move to reserves so the other six are not carrying an empty seat.

Is there an application?

No. No waiting list and no call either. You pay and the whole thing opens.

Can I cancel?

From your settings, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. You keep access until the month you paid for ends, everything you posted stays where it is, and if you come back inside a year you keep this price.

Is all the content there on day one?

No, and anyone telling you otherwise about a new community is lying. Live right now: Foundations, all three modules, and 8 of the 18 Vault skills, with at least one built for every route. Route modules and the playbooks land weekly, in the order shown above. That is most of why the founding price is locked for life — you are paying the early price for a library that keeps growing.

What if my group goes quiet?

Turnout is tracked per group, and three missed weeks moves someone to reserves so the other six are not carrying an empty seat. If a whole Junto stalls it gets flagged as at-risk and rebuilt. You are not stuck in a dead group for twelve weeks.

Why not just use a Discord or a Skool group?

Both are rooms where the loudest person sets the pace and nobody notices when you stop. The Junto is seven people, the same six questions, on a clock, with answers that become things — a Ship, a blocker somebody answers, a promise that gets scored next week. That is a different mechanism, not a nicer chat.

What happens in the first 72 hours?

You answer four questions, start on your route, and get matched into a Junto of seven on your stack, your stage and roughly your hours.

Pick one route and finish it.

Seven people, six questions, every Monday. You are in today.
